Yes, Christine Ousley will be our Guest Designer for January and February. I am so excited about Christine. She has been so fun to work with. Her first class is a Hybrid Scrapbooking class and will be Thursday, January 29th at 6:30. The cost for the class is $20. Here is a description:
Hybrid Scrapbooking: Level 1
Hybrid Scrapbooking is quickly becoming all the rage. Why you wonder? Because using your computer opens up a lot of new and exciting possibilities for your photographs and embellishments on your layouts. Learn how to combine your traditional paper scrapbooking skills with digital skills that you will learn in this class to create a beautiful hybrid layout.
You will learn some basic Photoshop techniques to enhance
your photographs as well as learn how to create tags and other embellishments that will be custom for your layout. I will also give you some great resources for free stuff on the web that you can use to get started in the hybrid scrapbooking world. Supplies needed: laptop computer (if you have one), digital picture files and Photoshop Elements 5, 6 or CS.
