Open House! Classes! Roree Rhump! Retreat!

Our Annual Open House is Saturday, November 21st. Hmmmm.....I think we should have some items on sale. All cardstock paper will be .25 a sheet. Did you read that correctly? Yes, all Bazzill and Doublemate cardstock will be .25 a piece. This does exclude glazed and embossed card stock. Hmmm.....lets see what else. We have some stamps I call Lonely Only's because there is only one left! These stamps will be 50% off. Also, all Halloween will be 40% off. We will have a special give-a-way of a $50 Gift Certificate. Your name will be put in the drawing
for every $10 you spend. We will also be doing a Gift Card special. Purchase a Gift Card for $30 or more and receive $5 in Mania Money to spend in January. Ladies don't forget to tell your husband how easy it is for him to shop for your special Christmas gift at Scrapbook Mania.

Christine will be hosting a make-n-take from 3:00-4:00. We will have some fun food also. My famous Ginger Snaps, hot apple Cider, and other holiday food to warm your tummy.

Christine will also be teaching a Copic Marker Class at 10:00 This beginner class is $30. You will receive 3 markers and materials to make 2 cards. At 1:00 she will be teaching the second Copic Marker class. In this class you will be learning how to color faces and shading. You will receive instruction and materials for this class. The cost is $14.00. For those of you taking the class please bring you basic tool kit of tape runner, trimmer, scissors etc.

Exciting NEWS! Roree Rhump will be working with Scrapbook Mania as part of our design team. Be looking for some fun card kits and layouts from Roree. She is so.....talented. Your going to love her work.

Thursday December 3rd, Scrapbook Mania will be hosting a Cookie Swapp and Card Class. Everyone bring a dozen cookies to share and your basic tool kit for this Holiday event. This will start at 6:30. The cost for this class is $12.

FREE CROP on Saturday, December 12th. Lou Riley will be hosting this fun event. She has invited her special friends and I am inviting anyone else who would love to come. We have room for about 5 more. We will be serving chili. Please bring a favorite holiday snack and a $10 gift for a Dirty Santa exchange. Please call the store to sign up.

We still have spots available for our "Sweet Retreat". The cost for the retreat at Camp Sumatanga is $149.00. You can hold your spot with a $50 deposit due by November 30. The remaining amount is due on January 1st. After January 1st it will be $169.00 . Come join us for 3 days of cropping fun, classes, prizes and give-a-ways.

Scrapbook Mania will close on Wednesday, November 25th at 3:00. We will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 26 & 27th. We will re-open on Saturday, November 28th with some GREAT after Thanksgiving specials.

Markers Markers Everywhere! Slammin Day!

We have had a real slammin day today. The card kit is here and our NEW colors of Copic Markers are here. You need to come check out our NEW display.

I want to brag on Christine's card for the Card Kit. I just love it. The good thing about this kit is the wonderful stamp is in it and the instructions. The bad thing about this kit is that it is SOLD OUT! We may try to increase the numbers next month.

The NEW Basic Grey Pantry line has shipped and will be here soon. Just keep watching the blog for NEW products and ideas.

Quickutz FREE Epic 6 die!

O.K. Guys I have told you wrong about how to get the FREE Epic 6 die. Go on the website under Epic 6 and print out the form to receive your FREE die. Also, include your receipt if you still have it.If you have made a down payment and have not received your Epic 6 put your down payment receipt with the form. I have a copy on the computer if you need one. This needs to be done by October 31st. Or post-marked by the 31st. I am sorry about the mistake.

Guess What I have? Change in Card Crop!

October Kit and Quickutz Gift Set!

Here are some fun photo's of the October kit. Christine did such a beautiful job on this kit. Ya'll are going to love it. I love the paper flower she made.

I also want to let you know that in the Quickutz gift set "Santa's Workshop" there are not mini-books in it, but dies to make the mini-books. You also receive the alphabet and many other dies that go with the mini-book dies. I have 2 gift sets left for anyone who is interested.

Pre-order Magnolia Stamps and Upcoming Events

O.K. guys here are pictures of the upcoming Magnolia Christmas stamps that we will be ordering. If you pre-order all 13 you will receive 10% off. Please call the store and pre-order the ones that you want so we will bring in enough.

Have you made your Christmas cards yet? On Saturday November 7th, Christine will be teaching a short class called Ten Cards in 30 Minutes. The class begins at 11:30. You will receive enough materials to make 10 cards and instructions on how to create them. How easy is this to get your cards started? The cost for the class is $15.

Then at 12:30-5:00 the Card Crop will begin. Come and make any cards you want. We will have snacks and Christine will be there to give card pointers and ideas. The cost is $6.

Thursday, November 12th is "Christmas Cards with Magnolia" taught by Christine. Of course she will be using Magnolia stamps. More info on this later. The cost is $12.50.
