Scrapbook Mania Fun!

O.K. guys I just want to give you some updates on what is going on at Scrapbook Mania. April 19th will be the next Card Class. Janet Dewilde will be teaching us how to use water color on cards. Each kit will have a featured wood stamp and papers to do 4 cards. We will be celebrating Mothers Day with these fun cards. The cost is $20. Just call the store to sign up. I think we have 2 spots left.

May 3rd is National Scrapbook Day and we have some fun things planned. 10:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. Nonna and Raven will be hosting a 3 hour crafting event. The cost for the 3 hour event will be $38. You will come away with 2 full projects and another little surprise. We will have refreshments and some fun give-a-ways plus some more fun planned. Be watching for more announcements about National Scrapbook Day.

May 17th, Kay Savage will be with us teaching a mini-book class celebrating Fathers Day. This will be a fun album using the Fancy Pants Papa papers. We will announce the cost later. The class will be 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon.

May 24th is our Quickutz meeting. I am sure Nonna will have something special planned for all you Quickutz lovers. Do not miss the fun.

We have had a lot of interest in Maniac Madness and More. You can reserve your spot by making a down payment of $50. The remaining amount of $109 must be paid by August 6th. For those of you who live out of town you can sign up on our web site. Cheryl Mezzitti will be with us. Her classes are optional and are not included in the price of the event. She is such a GREAT talent and you do not want to miss out on her classes. Kay Savage will also be with us as Director of Fun. I know she has some great things planned. More will be announced later.

Many of you have requested a Yard Sale to help pay for the event or to just unload some extra product. So......we will be hosing another yard sale June 4th -8th. If you would like to participate just call the store to sign up. All the money earned will go toward a gift certificate at Scrapbook Mania.

We are working on a date for the Tear Bear class and will announce it soon. Sorry for the e-mail being so long. Our Annual Easter Egg event is coming up on Saturday and I will announce more about it tomorrow.

P.S. We got in more new product today. The Sock Monkey by Daisy D's is here plus ome fun Dance, Graduation and Beach theme papers. Our Crate Paper is shipping. Hopefully the Basic Grey will ship next week.
